    What is the delivery time?

    Delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or in case of excess demand. Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

    Do you allow to open parcel before payment?

    Yes, our parcel is allowed to open before payment, as we know the quality that we deliver!

    How can i return an item and get my money back?

    Incase of unsatisfaction, customer can easily apply return within 15 days. Customer needs to ship the parcel to our address, after which we refund the amount.
